Soft Skills learning goals/threshold are harder to recognize. There are no parameters defined in college degree syllabus neither there are exams held for Soft Skills compared to Hard Skills.

Soft Skills require self reflection to decide what level a person thinks he or she is. As many soft skills like Communication, Critical Thinking, Time Management are acquired through experience, change in habbits and through conscious efforts.
